There are a million tears in my heart. Waiting....
Its been a year
since you spoke those three words,
first time to my heart
Tears of joy had dashed down my face, that night.
O night! what it was! They will know never.
They who tell us whom to love, whom to shut our hearts from.
Will they ever know, heart plays its own melody. Oblivious of the edicts
scribbled into us: ten commandments and a many million morals.
A fairy tale it seemed then
a torment in my heart now
If you could look into my eyes
the tears that rolled that night
still behold you in their tiny
transparent visage.And they will always.
Tears have a way. Their own way. Like hearts.
I don't mind if the entire world turns away its face from me. Forever.
But not you, Lara. Why did you turn away from me- leaving me in despair, in longness for you, searching in the pitch darkness of my heart, a smile of yours. Like a weathered flower, I'm broken into million rustles, crushed every day by the weight of its own burden. I wish, I could tell you, how lonely I am. How cold and harsh it is without you.
No flower blooms without you, no wind carries an incense without you, the mulberry are forlorn in my garden, I'm in the winter of my heart, and it's white, it's snow-white.
The wounds that never heal can only be mourned alone.
